Applicants should have proven leadership success and a reasonable understanding of basic real estate finance. The program is held on the Harvard University campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The AMDP certificate will be awarded and Graduate School of Design (GSD) alumni status granted upon completion of all three terms, four Elective Units, a Team Project, an Independent Project, and payment of all tuition fees. Elective options can be found under the Program Finder on the GSD website. Electives can be completed up to five years before beginning AMDP or within one year of graduation.

The AMDP Admissions Committee will select candidates based on experience and overall class composition. The Committee seeks a diversity of professional expertise in each class and reserves the right to restrict admission. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
